Welcome to SkillPro.best. These Terms of Service govern your use of our professional development courses, informational products, and physical goods. By accessing or purchasing any offering from SkillPro, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
Services refer to live or scheduled professional development courses, workshops, and coaching sessions offered by SkillPro.
Informational Products refer to digital content such as e-books, recorded webinars, and online resource materials.
Physical Goods refer to any tangible products sold by SkillPro, including printed materials and branded merchandise.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To enroll in any Service or purchase any product, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. SkillPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on our website and are payable in advance. Payment must be completed through the methods accepted by SkillPro. Once payment is received, access to Services or products will be granted as specified.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Professional Development Courses (Services)
You may request a refund for a Service enrollment up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. You may reschedule a Service at no additional fee if you provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the event. Requests made less than 48 hours before the start do not qualify for rescheduling or refund. No refund or reschedule is available for no-shows, as this ensures resource allocation and instructor availability.
4.2 Informational Products
All sales of Informational Products are final. We do not offer refunds to preserve access integrity and to provide immediate delivery of digital content.
4.3 Physical Goods
You may return Physical Goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
5. Service Modifications
SkillPro reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors. If a Service is canceled by SkillPro, you may choose to receive a full refund or enroll in the next available session. We will notify you via email or phone at least 5 business days in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by SkillPro remains the property of SkillPro.best. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from SkillPro.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SkillPro is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our Services or products. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Service or product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, ON.
